Pop Up Community Back to School Event Sunnybrae Elementary School
Our next outreach project we are calling the “Lenten Project”.
It starts Ash Wednesday, February 14 and runs through Palm Sunday, March 24.
We will be collecting various clothing items including, but not limited to coats, shoes, blankets and new socks – clothes of necessity and comfort for those in need.
We will also be collecting food items. We are asking for individual packaged items such as tuna or chicken salad cracker kits, beef jerky, granola bars, sandwich crackers, trail mix, apple sauce pouches, fruit cups, chips, juice boxes, Capri Sun and the like.
The Outreach team will also be putting together 100 hygiene and 100 blessing bags, they will be assembled on Monday, April 1st (time to be announced) and later distributed to both Trenton, Atlantic City NJ alongside the partnership of Church By The Bay.
